San Diego Region


The California/Baja California Bi-national Region represents the geographic area that includes the Counties of San Diego and Imperial, and the State of Baja California.

The geographic location is comprised of the Northwest part of Mexico (primarily Mexicali and Tijuana) and Southern California.  Population Dynamic - The region thrives with close to 5.4 million people, making it the largest bi-national metropolitan area and the 9th largest urban area of the three NAFTA countries.  The average age is 26.4.years.

Quality of Life - the wide variety of natural resources and services offer a great variety of opportunities for recreational activities, entertainment, and a large number of professionals that offer legal, medical and financial services.  The region offers the latest in health, educational and financial support services.  Not to forget the Golf, the Zoo and Sea World.
